Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience of participating virtually in the 6th International Conference on Future of Preventive Medicine and Public Health (Future of PMPH 2026). Overall, my experience was very positive and enriching. The quality of the talks was commendable, with a good balance between conceptual insights and applied perspectives. The sessions reflected current debates and emerging priorities within preventive medicine and public health, making them both relevant and intellectually engaging. From a professional standpoint, the conference contributed meaningfully to my development. It offered exposure to interdisciplinary approaches and diverse research contexts, which are particularly valuable for broadening analytical frameworks and identifying potential areas for future collaboration and inquiry. I would also like to acknowledge the efforts of Peers Alley Media, Canada, in curating a thoughtful lineup of speakers. The selection ensured a range of perspectives and facilitated discussions that were both stimulating and forward-looking.
